The foundation of the company was led way back in 1950's by our father Mr. Mithumal Wadhwani. After that the progress of the company has increased by leaps and bonds.The former head Mr Gurmukhdas Wadhwani along with his brothers Mr.Tarachand Wadhwani and Mr. Haresh Wadhwani, is trying to take the comapny at high desirrable heights.
The future goals of the company is to start a new unit which would futher help in expansion of the whole business and grab attention in international market too.
